    Returns and Refunds

    You can return any item you purchased at full price from us, no questions asked!  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of receipt unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), including:

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or if parts are missing for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (not including shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@stoneageclimbinggym.com.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are available only if multiple sizes are available for an item (such as a t shirt or hoodie) and the size you received does not fit, we will replace it with the same item of the right size; you will only be charged the cost of shipping the new item to you.  The exchange will take place after we receive the original item; please know you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Before you send an item for exchange, please send us an email at shop@stoneageclimbinggym.com

    Damaged/Defective Items (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they were defective or damaged when you received them.  Please email us a photo of the damaged package as you received it, as well as a photo of the damaged item itself.  We will send you the same item that you received damaged.

    Gifts

    If you marked an item as a gift, had it sent you, and it need to be returned, please email us at shop@stoneageclimbinggym.com so we can initiate a return.  If the gift was sent by us directly to the gift receiver and the person receiving the gift returns it to us, after we receive the returned items they will be sent a gift certificate for the value of the gift, minus the shipping costs.  They will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
